• Consultation: Dr. Haddad will evaluate your oral health and discuss your goals and expectations. She will explain the tooth bonding process and answer your questions.
• Tooth preparation: Your dentist will first prepare the surface of your tooth. She will apply a conditioning liquid to the surface of the affected tooth. This helps the bonding material adhere to the tooth.
• Bonding application: The next step is to match the color of the composite resin to your natural tooth color. Once Dr. Haddad achieves a natural appearance, she will apply the material to the tooth. She will carefully sculpt and contour the resin to achieve the desired result.
• Bonding process: To harden the resin, Dr. Haddad will cure it with a special light creating a secure and durable bond. Then she will refine the tooth’s shape to ensure a seamless and natural appearance with the surrounding teeth.
• Final touches: The last step is to trim any excess material and polish the tooth to achieve a smooth, beautiful, and natural finish. Dr. Haddad will check the bonded tooth for proper bite alignment and adjust it if necessary.
